Mr. Brandon Gaide

Mr. Brandon Gaide teaches 10th and 11th grade rhetoric and an upper school Introduction to Business class. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, a graduate diploma from Regent College in Vancouver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Texas, Austin.

He and his wife, Kelly, have two daughters at CSW — Charlie and Piper. Two vizslas — Britta and Willow — and 4 chickens round out their crew.

The Gaides attend Incarnation Anglican Church.

Mr. Gaide enjoys designing and making furniture, playing the piano and listening to podcasts. He says he is inspired by great questions, beautiful things and hearing his daughters’ laughter.

As a teacher at CSW, Mr. Gaide says he loves that classical education gives students an integrated worldview that isn’t based on a series of unconnected disciplines, but a single, unified education, centered on the reality of a living God.

“I see my role as someone who lights candles in a cathedral. My job is to bring students inside and cast a little light, and then let them see for themselves all there is to see,” he says. “What could be better than helping elicit wonder in young people?”
